Davines Finest Pigments Natural Hair Color 9.47 Oz
Davines Finest Pigments: a system of direct coloration in gel, using ingredients up to 98% of natural origin. The formulas contain cellulose, rice bran, rose oil and natural pigments derived from the Ratannia and Giesta plants, Indian Walnut, Lycopene, Ginger and Saffron; the latter are able to enhance and maintain hair colour reflects as well protect the hair structure, due to a powerful antioxidant action. Davines have developed seven natural bases (3-4-5-6-7-8-9), four reflects (golden, sand, ash/grey, pearl), three intense reflects (copper-red-mahogany) and Finest Gloss which can either be used alone or blended with the other nuances as desired to create an infinite range of colors.

HOW TO USE: Apply evenly to clean, dry hair and process for 5-20 minutes depending on the condition of the hair. After the processing time is complete, emulsify well by adding water in order to cleanse the hair and scalp.
RESULT: Vibrant and intense color. Duration 8-10 shampoos.

I was hoping this would cover some gray or white hairs but no such luck. I was trying to extend the time between root touch ups. I like Davines products and I like their commitment to use botanicals, natural ingredients, and ammonia free hair color line. I think the pigments are a great idea and all natural. I got the medium brown 4 pigment. Maybe I need to go darker to get some gray hair coverage. (Posted on 5/5/2013)

I am trying to grow my grey out. My hair has 3 inches grey and the rest is level 9 and 10 blonde. What colors would i use from Davines Finest Pigments line to make the transition not so obvious?
