Work product through wet hair that has been washed with your favorite It’s a 10 Miracle Shampoo then rinse thoroughly. Use sparingly near roots and more liberally towards ends.

For deeper conditioning leave on for 1 to 3 minutes before rinsing.

Use on wet, clean hair, focusing on ends. Leave on for 2-3 minutes, then rinse with warm water, then again with cool water.

For INTENSE conditioning, work into hair and wrap with plastic and/or warm damp towel for 5 to 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm then cool water.

For INTENSE conditioning on severely damaged hair, wrap conditioned hair in warm towels or set under heat lamps for an additional 1 to 3 minutes. Rinse well and style as normal.

Apply to freshly shampooed and rinsed hair. If applying in shower, clip long hair up for comfort and finish rest of shower before rinsing (approximately 5-10 minutes).

For INTENSE conditioning, work into hair and wrap with plastic and/or warm damp towel for up to 15 minutes. Rinse thoroughly with warm then cool water.

Work a small dollop into wet hair, starting at ends and moving up towards scalp. Those with curly, thick, or very dry hair may wish to comb through, then leave in for 2 to 3 minutes. Rinse well with warm (not hot) water. Follow with a cool water rinse to amplify smoothing effect.

For deep conditioning, leave on for 1 to 3 minutes before rinsing.
