If I have a keratin kerahold 0 loft developer and a 30 vol developer can I mix the two together and dilute them down closer to a 20 volume?

Dear Chandler, Yes you can. In fact many people do that. Depending on the strength that you want to get you can mix them together.

Refunds may be obtained within 60 days from the delivery for any merchandise that is unused and resalable, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES (see here), in its original new condition and original packaging.
