my hair dresser colored my hair with your product, (1/2 of 7N & 1/2 6N). As I cannot buy your product to do my roots she suggested I get your Preference to do my roots. However, I find that Preference does not come in numerals. Can you convert, or suggest for me please?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide you with the conversion since Preference is a not professional line. You can how ever buy this color here, from us. As long as you know the mixing ratio and the developer volume, you can use this color at home.
