QOD ICE 1 Deep Hair Treatment 16.9 Oz.
Directions:
STEP 1 - Wash your hair wih anti-residues shampoo QOD ORIGINAL CLEANSE.
STEP 2 - Towel dry your hair and leave it without humidity using the blow dryer. Slide softly your fingers though your hair so it gets straighten out.
STEP 3 - Prepare the desired treatment with QOD ICE2 inside the spray bottle applicator (the spray bottle comes with the product).
QOD recommends using both QOD ICE 1 and QOD ICE 2 treatments together:
- FOR INTENSIVE TREATMENT: Use two (2) portions of ICE1 for One (1) portion of ICE2, measures are already printed on the measurer;
- FOR RECONSTRUCTION: One (1) portions of ICE1 for One (1) portion of ICE2, measures are already printed on the measurer;
- FOR CAUTERIZATION: One (1) portion of ICE1 for Two (2) portions of ICE 2, measures are already printed on the measurer.
STEP 4 - Spray the prepared solution on the hair from a distance of 15cm. Use a comb to make sure the application will be uniform.
STEP 5 - Right after STEP 4, with the product in the hair, begin to blow dry the hair starting from the nape of the neck. DO NOT RINSE.
STEP 7 - Finish all process flat ironing all hair. If you want, use QOD ICE SILICON on the tips of your hair to help protect and finish the flat ironing. Wash whenever you like.

Shipping: We ship via USPS mail withing the U.S. All shipments take about 3 days in transit from the time the order is shipped. Most of the orders are shipped Priority Mail. (2day to 3day air). The processing time depends on the size fo the order and usualy take about 1 to 2 business days.
Refunds may be obtained within 60 days from the delivery for any merchandise that is unused and resalable, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES (see here), in its original new condition and original packaging. This policy excludes all nail colors, shampoos, hair color, cosmetics, and perfumes. THESE SALES ARE FINAL. These restrictions are due to product control and health regulations. Fashion And Beauty Store.com will not accept any returns/ exchanges after 60 days or purchase.
Return procedure: All returns must be approved in advance, by us via email or phone, within 60 days of product being received. You will receive a return authorization number and address with 24 hours.
ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURN IS SUBJECT TO A 15% FEE TO COVER RESTOCKING. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN#).
