Biotin Cellular Complex provides a Tri-peptide and Advanced Respiratory Complex that is designed to increase cellular turnover, returning scalp skin to a more youthful state. A progressive state-of-the-art nutrient delivery system targets the hair follicles, increases microcirculation to bring nutrients to the hair roots, and to protect the scalp against sun damage and free-radical scavengers.
Apply a small amount twice daily to areas where the scalp can be seen through the hair.
Smooth onto the scalp skin. Do not rinse.
Follow up with an application of the Reviv3 leave-in treatment. (May cause temporary redness.)
