HOW DO YOU USE IT?
Ready-to-use cream. No developer required.
DIRECTIONS:
Pre-lighten hair with a RUSK® Deepshine® Lightener.
+Pink & purple :
Pre-lighten hair to level 9 or 10
Timing up to 30min. *
Application on dry hair
+Red, teal & yellow :
Pre-lighten hair to level 7 or 8
Timing up to up to 30min*
Application on dry hair
+ Icy white**
Pre-lighten hair to level 9 or 10
Timing up 5 to 15min*
Application on damp hair
*HEAT IS NOT RECOMMENDED.
** Deepshine® Direct Icy White appears translucent blue when squeezed from the tube. Icy White can be used as a toner or to help eliminate yellow from blonde or gray hair.
APPLICATION:
Pre-shampoo with Deepshine® Color Care Hydrate.
Blow-dry the hair before applying.
(Note: Only Icy White is applied to damp hair.)
Take thin sections and saturate the hair with desired color (see chart for application
timing). Once processed, rinse well with tepid to slightly warm water; DO NOT SHAMPOO. Spray hair liberally with Sensories Brilliance leave-in spray to Style with your favorite RUSK® product(s).
To Create Pastels: Mix 1 part Deepshine® Direct with up to 2 parts Deepshine® Color Care Hydrate Conditioner or Sensories Calm Conditioner.
Strand test to determine the appropriate mixing ratio for desired pastel shade.
Do not mix with any other hair color, including Deepshine® Permanent or Deepshine® Demi. Wear gloves to avoid staining.

Shipping: We ship via USPS mail withing the U.S. All shipments take about 3 days in transit from the time the order is shipped. Most of the orders are shipped Priority Mail. (2day to 3day air). The processing time depends on the size fo the order and usualy take about 1 to 2 business days.
Refunds may be obtained within 60 days from the delivery for any merchandise that is unused and resalable, EXCEPT ELECTRICAL APPLIANCES (see here), in its original new condition and original packaging. This policy excludes all nail colors, shampoos, hair color, cosmetics, and perfumes. THESE SALES ARE FINAL. These restrictions are due to product control and health regulations. Fashion And Beauty Store.com will not accept any returns/ exchanges after 60 days or purchase.
Return procedure: All returns must be approved in advance, by us via email or phone, within 60 days of product being received. You will receive a return authorization number and address with 24 hours.
ANY UNAUTHORIZED RETURN IS SUBJECT TO A 15% FEE TO COVER RESTOCKING. PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY MERCHANDISE UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (RAN#).
